5 Steps For a Better Day:

1. Decide whats most important to you- what affects you most? (work/injuries/money)
2. Do something to get better at it- actively pursue a solution
3. Learn something new about it- actively pursue alternative solutions
4. Give 100%- everyday!
5. Call your mom- mom always makes everything better
