At home fitness

No equipment? No problem! Do my fit card game...It's as tough as you want it to be.

Hearts = Situps
Diamonds = Push Ups
Spades = Burpees!!
Clubs = Bodyweight squats

Grab a deck of cards and shuffle them well.
 Draw one card at a time off the top of the deck, the suite is the exercise and the number is how many reps you do of that exercise.


Give yourself a 30 minute time limit and do as many cards as you can before time runs out.
