After a killer workout, all of those expended nutritients must be replaced. One of my favorite and easy-to-make meals is turkey chili. It's slam full of protein and I can make a giant god-blessed vatt of it which makes me feel like a caveman.Here's the recipe for your quick protein fix:
FITTER WITH RITTER CHILI
1LB Ground Turkey
1/4c Chopped Onion
1 TBS Chopped G. Pepper
2c Stewed Tom, cut up
2c Water
4 Tbs Chili Powder
1/4 Tsp Cumin
1 Tsp Garlic powder
2c Pinto/red beans
8 oz. Tomato sauce
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/4 tsp Paprika
Useful hint: Chili is easy to cook and easy to store. For a few days worth, just double the ingredients ;)
