Weekend Warrior Workout

Hey guys,

Great news! Im now video capable....sort of.

I put together a short clip for the weekend workout demo'ing a proper overhead squat to go along with sit ups in the circuit.

Emily is showing proper form (except for one of the reps ;) on the overhead. Bar stays locked over head with no elbow bend, midline stays in a neutral position and heels remain flat on the floor. Oh...and as ALWAYS hip crease goes below the knee. If you stop at parallel or higher you are more than likely using your knee as a brake and heading for nagging knee issues and under active glute function

Put that with 20 sit ups for 5 rounds and you have a full body banger...enjoy and please post comments
