Weekend Warrior Workout- The Sandbagger
Hey everybody,
Get a big sweat on this weekend with this 20 minute workout.
Warriors use a 50 lb sandbag (substitute 25 lb Dumbbell)
Mighty Mights use 25-30lb bag (substitute 10 lb Dumbbell)
6 Rounds of:
30 sec Power Clean
30 sec Push Press
30 sec Behind the Back Lunge
30 sec OH Squat or Bear Hug Squat
25 yrd Sled Drag or Bearcrawl
1 Minute Rest
