Nutrition planning

Daily.

1. Prepare snacks for tomorrow
2. Bring water bottle

Weekend.

1. Prepare a large quantity item (should last 3-4) days
2. 15 steam fresh bags a week
3. 1 treat
4. Buy meats!!!!! Enjoy a wide variety of lean protein packed meat!
