Weekend Warrior Workout- The Burpee Challenge

Todays workout is simple folks. Have fun with it!

No gym necessary:

2 Rounds of:
800m (.5 mile) Run
15 Pull-Ups
20 Lunges (each leg)
25 PushUps
30 Squat Jumps
35 Burpees

Finish off with one last 800m run ;)


You may modify by doing jumping pull-ups or assisted pull ups, knee push ups. No getting out of the burpees :)
