What Your Trainer Ate Today

Ladies and gents,

Just a sweet little addition to my blog is "what your trainer ate today." Its a chance for me to help give you Meat and veg eating manimals recipe ideas. To be honest it helps me stay on post as well ;)

Post workout meal after squat day:

Bourbon spiced chicken sandwich (removed the bun) with pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, and little BBQ sauuuuuccceeee and a fruit bowl....delicious
